The Assistant's role. The London Assistant acts as a single point of contact — researching, sourcing, planning and coordinating arrangements on behalf of clients. Certain services are provided directly by The London Assistant.
Independent providers. Other services are fulfilled by independent third-party providers, including chauffeurs, security personnel, hotels, restaurants, salons, spas and event suppliers. The London Assistant coordinates these providers on the client's behalf but does not itself operate them.
Regulated services. The London Assistant does not directly provide regulated services and does not claim to do so. Where a service is regulated (for example personal security), The London Assistant assists clients in sourcing and coordinating appropriately licensed professional providers.
No guarantees of access. The London Assistant does not guarantee access, reservations, celebrity connections, exclusive partnerships or availability. Reservations, bookings and arrangements are subject to the terms, availability and policies of the relevant independent provider.
Conduct of providers. The conduct, licensing, insurance and performance of independent third-party providers remain the responsibility of those providers. The London Assistant exercises reasonable care in coordinating reputable professional suppliers.
